Animal Welfare Policy

Animal mistreatment results in immediate removal from the experience without refund for the person removed, except where required by law. No prior warning is required.
Prohibited conduct includes hitting, kicking, throwing objects, pulling ears, tails or horns, chasing, frightening, rough handling, unauthorised feeding, restraining or climbing on animals, and ignoring staff safety or animal-welfare instructions.
Follow staff directions and interact only as authorised. Staff act on observed conduct or reasonable evidence and explain the reason when safe. If a child is removed, a responsible accompanying adult must leave with them. Refund treatment for other affected participants is assessed separately, subject to law.
