BOOKINGS: Written confirmation sets out the experience, date, time, participant numbers and price. An enquiry does not confirm a booking. Cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival and missed-booking conditions will be supplied before you commit to payment. Contact us promptly if plans change.
SAFETY: Follow staff instructions and attend the safety briefing. Comply with the Animal Welfare Policy. Every adult must complete the Visitor Acknowledgement before participating. A parent or legal guardian must consent for children. Children need active supervision by a responsible accompanying adult. Stay in authorised areas and interact with animals only as directed.
ANIMAL WELFARE AND CHANGES: Staff may pause or stop an interaction when animals need rest or continuing would be unsafe. If this materially changes your experience, we will explain the available options and provide any remedy required by law. If Moo Crew NQ cancels the experience, choose a refund for the cancelled experience or an agreed alternative date.
MISCONDUCT: Animal mistreatment results in immediate removal under the Animal Welfare Policy, without refund for the person removed except where required by law.
YOUR RIGHTS: Nothing excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
